Your passkey is your wallet. No email, no seed phrase, nothing to write down — the signing key is split two ways, half on your device and half on the node, and neither half can sign alone.
My device has the key but isn't offering it
You can add an email address later, from inside the wallet. It is used to warn you if someone starts a recovery — it can never move funds or open the wallet on its own.
